By scheduling or requesting any services offered by Jeremy Turner-Welch in any way related to coaching, psychic & mediumship readings, mediumship sittings, spiritual/psychic/mediumship development training or events, or when communicating with Jeremy Turner-Welch, and/or paying for any of his aforementioned services, you are stating that you have read the disclaimer and the terms of service, and that you fully understand and willingly enter into, agree with, and accept the following:

 

Payment:

 

When you purchase services provided by Jeremy Turner-Welch, you agree to the terms of payment. The fee for all services is due in advance by electronic bank transfer or through a secure, online payment system. Until payment has been received for a reading, event or session, appointments and places are not confirmed.

 

Please note, payments are non-refundable, unless: Jeremy Turner-Welch is unable to attend your appointment; Jeremy Turner-Welch is unable to establish a reliable connection to the spirit world in the first 10 minutes of your appointment; you make it known in the early stages of your appointment that you are not sufficiently satisfied with the services being received. Refunds for events are only made if Jeremy Turner-Welch cancels the event for any reason.

 

Cancellation of an appointment is not a basis for refunding a payment. All services are provided “as-is” with no warranties, expressed or implied.

 

 

Booking:

 

On booking any online or in-person service with Jeremy Turner-Welch you take entire responsibility for ensuring you attend on time, are suitably fit to attend, have the required internet connection, technical resources needed, and suitable environment for your appointment. Services cannot be rescheduled due to technical difficulties, absence, or lateness.

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

 

Cancellations are non-refundable. You may, however, gift or transfer any paid and unused reading, consultation or session to a friend or family member by prior agreement with Jeremy Turner-Welch.

 

Appointments can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48hrs prior notice. The same appointment cannot be rescheduled a second time and, at that point, failure to attend will result in your payment being forfeited without any refund.

 

In the unlikely event Jeremy Turner-Welch is unable to attend your appointment, you will be entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price, or to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

 

Conduct:

 

Reproduction, sale, copying, duplication, or exploitation of any part of the services/offerings provided without written consent from Jeremy Turner-Welch is prohibited.

 

Inappropriate intoxication or abusive behaviour towards Jeremy Turner-Welch, or any other participants involved in an event or session will result in the service being withdrawn or terminated without refund.

 

Complaints and Termination of Appointments:

 

If you are not sufficiently satisfied in the early stages of your reading or sitting, you agree to inform Jeremy Turner-Welch of this so your appointment can be terminated, and you can be issued a full refund. By proceeding beyond the early stages of your reading or sitting without raising such concerns, you are thereby confirming, either directly or indirectly, that you are sufficiently satisfied with the services being received. In this case, there is no entitlement to any refund or reimbursement. This does not apply to events, where refunds are only issued if the event is cancelled.

 

If you have any complaints arising out of the services received from Jeremy Turner-Welch, they should be raised directly at the time or before leaving your appointment or event so they may be addressed.
